Using this form, you are signing up for After School Care Session #1 from 3:10 to 4:00 pm. Please note if you are over ten minutes late picking up your scholar(s), then you will be charged for Session #2 for the day,

Care is $5.50/session/day. You can get a 3% discount (to cover our credit card fees) if you pay cash or check at the school office. Use the coupon code CASH and choose COD at checkout. Please put your order number on the check or on the envelope containing your cash.

Please note there will be no care on April 7 and May 29, 2023.

There will also be no afterschool care on Wednesday, June 7th (last day of school) due to early dismissal.
